Your reservation agreement
Fill in your details and download the reservation agreement — the document signed when the $2,000 is handed over. It includes the unit, the date and the payment plan you selected.
The agreement is issued in Spanish, the language in which it is signed.
How your data is handled. It is processed in your browser only, to generate the document; nothing is stored or sent to Grupo Althura.
Assumptions behind the figures (adjustable): the $2,000 reservation is credited against the down payment. In-house financing is spread over equal monthly instalments, interest-free, from the reservation month up to handover (Apr 2028) — which is why the earlier you reserve, the lower your instalment. Figures are indicative and subject to availability; they do not constitute a binding offer.

When is the project delivered?
Handover is scheduled for April 2028. You reserve now at the launch price and pay with in-house financing up to handover.
How do the payments work?
In four steps: $2,000 to reserve, a 20% down payment within 30 days, 30% in interest-free monthly instalments (in-house financing) up to handover, and the remaining 50% on delivery of the unit.
Do the units come fitted?
Yes. Every unit is delivered ready to live in or rent out, with an extractor hood, gas cooktop and microwave included.
Can I rent my unit out?
